Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Falvo attended UB for medical school. He went on to complete his General Surgery Residency and Colorectal Fellowship through University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He operates at Millard Fillmore Suburban, Buffalo General, Kenmore Mercy, Mount Saint Mary’s and Niagara Falls Memorial.

Kelly is a Nationally-Certified Nurse Practitioner and First Assistant in Surgery. She has degrees from Plattsburgh State University, Niagara University, and completed her graduate studies at Stony Brook University. She has been practicing in Family Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Surgery since 2001.
