Alexis Gill, PA-C, is a compassionate physician assistant specializing in internal medicine. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine with a Pre-Physician Assistant concentration from Mercyhurst University in 2021. During her time there, she participated in a medical mission trip to Valladolid, Mexico, where she helped provide care to an underserved community with limited access to medical resources. This meaningful experience deepened her commitment to medicine and caring for patients from all backgrounds.

She completed her Physician Assistant training at Canisius University, graduating in 2024. After graduation, she worked as a hospitalist at Buffalo General Hospital, where she cared for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Alexis is passionate about primary care and especially values the long-term relationships she builds with her patients. She takes pride in focusing on preventive care and enjoys educating patients about their health, helping them better understand their conditions and feel confident in managing their well-being.

She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants.

Outside of work, Alexis enjoys traveling, spending time with her friends and fiancé, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
