Olia Golimowski, NP

Olia Golimowski is a Board-Certified Adult Care Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of comprehensive medical experience, dedicating the last five years of her career to specifically helping people with chronic pain conditions. Prior to focusing specifically on chronic pain management, Olia's professional background encompassed patient care and family education on acute pain, chronic pain, and other health conditions across various medical disciplines including adult care, geriatrics, neurology, and urology.


Olia's professional journey commenced when she relocated to the United States from Ukraine at
the age of sixteen. She completed her secondary education at West Seneca West High School and pursued her academic endeavors at the University of Buffalo (UB), where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biological Sciences, concentrating in pre-med studies. Subsequently, she earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing with Summa Cum Laude distinction from D'Youville College. This academic foundation propelled Olia into the
nursing profession. Building upon her experience as a Registered Nurse at Sisters of Charity Hospital, Olia aspired to expand her positive impact on her patients and their families by pursuing her Master’s of Nursing degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham,
graduating at the forefront of her class.

Beyond her professional commitments, Olia treasures spending quality time with her family, including her supportive husband, twelve-year-old daughter, and two beloved dogs. Furthermore, Olia is actively engaged in her local Ukrainian community, where she volunteers her time and expertise to support various initiatives and activities. Additionally, she possesses fluency in three languages: English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
